With Tri-State, our company specializes in energy efficient state of art LED lighting and controls , we will first discuss your energy efficiency goals, budget and any concerns or questions you may have. We will follow up with a FREE on-site energy efficient survey of your property by an experienced energy advisor. Once the survey is complete, we will provide you with a detailed proposal on the job cost and how much your utility company will contribute. We will also provide you with an annual summary of cost savings based on your lighting usage.

If you are pleased with the proposal, we will provide you with the appropriate paperwork to be completed. Your utility company will then come out and perform a pre-inspection before approving the work that is to be done.

Savings will start immediately after work is completed. The upgrades pay for themselves over time with the energy you save. Some projects pay back within 6 months.
